Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at aicsnetworks.com and the AI receptionist, AI chat, networking, and custom website services (collectively, the "Services") provided by AI & Computer Services ("AICS," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. The Services
AICS provides AI-powered communication and related technology services, including an AI chat assistant and an AI receptionist, as well as networking and website services. Specific deliverables, fees, and scope for paid engagements are set out in a separate order, proposal, or agreement.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
3. AI Assistant Disclaimer
Our AI chat assistant and AI receptionist generate responses automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Responses are provided for general informational and operational purposes and are not professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. Do not rely on AI-generated output as your sole basis for decisions; verify important information and keep a human in the loop where outcomes matter.
4. SMS Text Messaging Program
By opting in, you agree to receive SMS/text messages from AICS or from a business using our Services.
- Campaign registration. Our SMS messaging is sent as Application-to-Person (A2P) traffic through messaging campaigns registered with mobile carriers (for example, via The Campaign Registry / A2P 10DLC) and delivered through our messaging provider.
- Opt in. You consent to receive texts by providing your mobile number and agreeing to be contacted (including via a web-form consent checkbox), by submitting a contact, quote, or appointment request, by texting a keyword such as START or JOIN to our number, or by otherwise expressly opting in. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Opt out. Reply STOP at any time to cancel; you will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages from that program. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.
- Help. Reply HELP for assistance or email support@aicsnetworks.com.
- Frequency and rates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy. Mobile opt-in data, phone numbers, and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
5. Your Responsibilities When Messaging Through the Services
If you use the Services to send messages or place calls to your own customers or contacts, you are solely responsible for:
- Obtaining and maintaining valid, documented consent from each recipient before messaging or calling them;
- Honoring opt-out requests (such as STOP) promptly and not messaging recipients who have opted out;
- Accurately registering your messaging campaigns and using them only for the approved purpose; and
- Complying with all applicable laws and rules, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM, CTIA messaging guidelines, and carrier requirements.
You will not use the Services to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or prohibited content (including, where restricted by carriers, content related to illegal substances, hate, or fraud).
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to disrupt or overload them, bypass usage or rate limits, reverse engineer non-public components, access data you are not authorized to access, or use the Services to violate the rights of others or any law.
7. Fees and Billing
Paid Services are billed as described in your order, proposal, or applicable plan (which may include usage-based credits). Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing prospectively with notice.
8. Intellectual Property
The Services, including software, content, and branding, are owned by AICS or its licensors and are protected by law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services as permitted by these Terms. Content you submit remains yours; you grant us the rights needed to operate and improve the Services.
9. Third-Party Services
The Services rely on third parties (for example, our telephony/SMS provider and hosting providers). Your use of those features may be subject to the third party's terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AICS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold AICS harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law — including any messaging or calling you conduct through the Services.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for violation of these Terms or to protect the Services or other users. You may stop using the Services at any time.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in California will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless your separate signed agreement states otherwise.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective date" above. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
